K&F CONCEPT Team

Hi there, Wow — thank you for sharing this incredible story with us. Your words have truly made our entire team's day. 😊 First, we're so glad to hear that the lens protectors look great and fit perfectly — but what really matters most is that they did their job when it counted most. Knowing that they protected your Insta360 X5 lens when your camera dropped is exactly why we design them the way we do. We're sorry your camera took a fall, but we're absolutely delighted that the protector did what it was meant to do — and that we could step in and send you a free replacement without you having to go through Amazon. Your words — "Great customer service and products" — mean the world to us. And we're especially proud that you reached out directly and experienced the kind of care we want every customer to feel, no matter where they bought our gear. Thank you for your trust, your honesty, and for taking the time to share this story. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. 😊 We sincerely apologize that the first charger unit didn't work with all your batteries — that's certainly not the flawless experience we want you to have. However, we're absolutely delighted to hear that our team responded immediately and that the new unit arrived as promised and has been working perfectly. What means even more to us is your note that you've purchased numerous items from K&F Concept and have never been disappointed. That kind of long-term trust and loyalty is the highest compliment we could ever receive. We're truly grateful for your continued support. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family — and we'll keep working hard to deserve your trust. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team

Hi Sidney, Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with your battery. We completely understand your frustration. It is especially disappointing when a product fails shortly after the return window closes, and your concern about the reliability of the remaining batteries is entirely reasonable. To help us resolve this for you, could you please email our support team directly at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue? Once we have your details, we'll look into this and arrange a suitable solution for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to restore your confidence in our products.
