First key didn't work - staff sorted me out within hours with a working one.

Purchased Windows. Used key and contacted CS. 2 days no response…. -update They came back with the new key and it is working now

Bought win 11 pro and office pro plus 2021 and for the win key everything went fine. For office there was needed a little e-mail ping pong with the customer support, but they were very fast to reply and helpful. For 6 euro for both keys it was not an issue to have some conversations with Timothy :)

They really need to improve their customer service through email!
