Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Received the product keys and downloaded from MSoft, but for some reason kept asking me to subscribe to Office 365 even though I purchased a life time license ! Anyway Jass walked me through sorting out the issue and 30 mins later I was up and running ! fantastic service and great price !

Like a charm. Excellent (chat) support!
Just made a purchase for Office 2021 Professional Plus. Had a lot of questions before buying, got on the website's chat and got them clarified on the spot. Instructions provided matched 1-to-1 with the ones received per email after purchase. Whole process took 15 mins, including download, installation and activation. Worked like a charm. Thank you!
