KeyHelp‑Store and KeyHelp‑US, which claim to sell a “Pet Hair Removal Glove for Dog & Cat” and “Reusable Electrostatic Pet Hair Glove Wholesale,” exhibit multiple indicators of a fraudulent operation. Their website contains no verifiable business information, their communication is inconsistent, and they attempt to collect payments through a personal account under the name Zonash Adnan, rather than a legitimate business entity. The invoices they provide are fabricated, do not meet wholesale standards, and appear intentionally designed to mislead buyers. Based on my experience, this entity poses a significant risk to both consumers and Amazon sellers. I strongly advise avoiding any financial transactions with KeyHelp‑Store or KeyHelp‑US and reporting any attempted fraud immediately. If you have already interacted with them or shared payment details, you should file a formal complaint: FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): Submit a report at ic3.gov under Internet Fraud. Citibank Fraud Department: If you were asked to send funds to a Citibank account under Zonash Adnan, contact Citibank’s fraud team immediately to report the account and request an investigation. For Amazon Sellers, it is equally important to alert Amazon: Seller Central → Help → Get Support → Selling on Amazon → Report a violation Provide screenshots, invoices, communication logs, and payment instructions so Amazon can flag the entity and protect other sellers. This review is intended to protect others from falling victim to the same scheme. Stay vigilant and do not engage with KeyHelp‑Store or KeyHelp‑US under any circumstances.

⚠️ WARNING: My Experience With Keyhelp.store I strongly recommend avoiding Keyhelp.store based on my personal experience. I requested a quote and received a discounted proforma invoice. I was instructed to send an ACH payment to a bank account under the name “Zonash.” After I made the payment, communication stopped completely. My emails went unanswered, and I could not find a working customer service number. I lost nearly $2,000. If you are considering doing business with this website, please do your research and proceed with extreme caution. I also recommend carefully evaluating the company’s five-star reviews. I cannot verify who posted them or whether they are connected to the business, but they did not reflect my experience. If you have experienced something similar: • Contact your bank immediately and ask about recovery options. • Report the incident to your local law enforcement agency • Share your experience on reputable review platforms and social media to help warn other buyers. Amazon sellers and e-commerce businesses: Be especially careful. Whenever possible, use payment methods that offer buyer protection, and avoid irreversible payments such as ACH transfers when dealing with unfamiliar vendors.
