First of all, the content is amazing. Things are very well organized and the instructions are excellent. I had trouble accessing my purchases and hadn’t received the email allowing me to set up my account. It turns out that I had made a typo on my email address. David spent a lot of time and ultimately found my error. That extra effort is the definition of excellent customer service.

The included installation instructions didn't seem to match the latest version of LRC I had installed. Emailed support and got a quick, friendly response and instructions that worked. Great support experience.

David has been really helpful getting things resolved - so glad, as I love Kelvin's work and teachings = THANK YOU.
