This company has been amazing. From them beginning they were helpful and provided exceptional customer service! I will definitely be referring all the teen powerlifters to this site for their equipment!

The customer service was outstanding – quick, friendly, and really helpful. What I loved most was the option to communicate via Discord. That’s such a smart idea! It makes everything more direct and personal. It felt like talking to a real person who actually cares. Big thumbs up for this modern and effective way of support!

Top notch customer support. High quality belt. Plus I got a free set of wrist wraps. Would buy from Katamu again

Great customer service! Harvey went out of his way to manually fix my order when I accidentally selected the wrong size, switching it from a small to a medium without any hassle. I really appreciate the effort and quick response. I have high hopes for the belt and can’t wait for it to arrive.

It never arrived in the mail. And I paid way too much for this to not show up.
