Great technical support
I am currently building a website using Kadence and had a small technical issue. I emailed technical support and got an email within a few hours asking for more details - and, within 24 hours, had been provided with a solution (some additional CSS) that solved the problem. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed! Many thanks to Brett for helping me with this - it was really appreciated! I also loved that he provided a really good, thorough explanation regarding what was causing the issue and how the CSS worked to solve it.

Was helped amazingly by Manoranjan Panigrahi. Have used their free customer service twice now and the responses are very quick (within a working day) and they help you according to your knowledge (so no assuming you know everything there is to know about wordpress or whatever). Would be rude of me to use their free service and not at least review them according to the standard they live up to!

Kadence New (to me) support experience
I have been using Kadence for many years. When I recently contacted them about a problem I was experiencing with my website I was alarmed to see how much had changed to support since I last used it. My heart sank when my first response seemed to be from AI, but when I responded with more details of my problem it was quickly picked up by what I assume to be a human support person and I was helped in finding the solution to my problem. Loved the support. Thank you
