Great company who were extremely responsive and helpful when I had an issue (through my own misunderstanding) regarding my order. The product is great, but the over the top customer service and support is what is, truly, unique and impressive.

I have several long haired dogs, and this product works well on pet pads, blankets, clothes, as well as giving my washer a good clean every few weeks. I highly recommend!! Excellent customer service too.!! Very nice and easy to work with. Thank you!!

I inadvertently signed up for a subscription. When I received the email for the next order I contacted them right away. They were able to cancel my subscription and keep the order from being shipped. They kept me updated throughout the process. I am very impressed with their customer. You don't get much service like that these days. I appreciated it.
