Great service. Easy to setup and use.

Easy to sign up. I drive About 8 miles a day and spend $70 a month on full coverage so I’m definitely saving. The reason for the 2 star is because my car was hit and ran on. Filed a claim and it took about 11 weeks from the day I filed the claim to the day that the repair shop received an estimate. That’s almost 3 months of waiting for their 3rd party adjusters to review and accept my claim and it’s absolutely unacceptable. My phone calls and e-mails went unanswered several times. The customer service on the app is really great but they need to do something about the adjusters. Rental car coverage is not even an option so you will pay out of pocket. Overall, you do save money, just hope you don’t need to file a claim with this insurance. Biggest headache I have ever had with car insurance.
