We got a trampoline for our daughter for Christmas. It well designed and easy to put together, just time consuming. Just a couple weeks ago an unexpected storm blew the trampoline upside down causing extensive damage. I reached out to customer service and I was able to work with them to get a replacement trampoline. Very nice to work with a company that will work with you.

Great trampoline and customer service! The wind blew the trampoline over and part of the net and an arm broke. The company shipped and replaced the parts needed for free.

The trampoline arrived in great time! The package was a little beat up but nothing was damaged. The trampoline setup was easily explained. I love that the distance to the ground isn’t as high as most trampolines.

We’ve had our Jumpzylla for just over a year now. We bought it for our daughter’s 4th birthday last year. We shopped around for a while, trying to find a trampoline that would be affordable, but also durable. We finally landed on Jumpzylla. This is by far one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. She uses her trampoline any chance she gets. The two of us put the trampoline together in about an hour. The instructions were so easy to follow. I do recommend that you have two people putting it together just so one person can hold while the other person interlocks and adds pieces in. We saw some mixed reviews on the durability of the trampoline. Some people said that it doesn’t hold as much weight as it says it does. However, myself, my partner, and are now five-year-old have been on the trampoline numerous times together, and we’ve had zero issues. We also left the trampoline up through winter. We live up north so we had a pretty heavy snowfall this year. We’ve been out and jumped on the trampoline a number of times since the snow has stopped, and the trampoline still works wonderful. There’s no sign of rust, it’s not weatherworn, and it works 100% like it did when we first bought it. I do recommend if you are going to leave it up year-round to make sure you shovel the snow off when it starts to accumulate and get heavy. I would 1000% recommend Jumpzylla for an affordable, but also DURABLE trampoline. Like I stated above, we’ve had zero issues so far and absolutely love our trampoline. I rely heavily on reviews when I purchase products, so as to not waste my money and time on something that isn’t good quality. No one likes being mislead and wasting money. I’m being 100% honest when I say I absolutely love our trampoline. If anything is to change I will come back and revise my review.

Really good bounce! I like the quality so far. The safety net is great. The zippered opening is small for an adult. The ground stakes to secure it to the ground aren't good enough for a windy day. I had to buy better ones to secure it down.

We bought a Jumpzylla trampoline for our 4 year old daughter and 6 year old son for Christmas, and safety was our top priority when choosing a brand. One of the reasons we felt confident going with this one is that it was designed by a parent with safety in mind, and you can really see that in the details. The curved poles, full enclosure netting, and overall structure feel much safer than traditional trampolines, and the bounce is consistent across the mat. I even get in with the kids and jump on it because of the health benefits I've recently read about on using rebounders. Another big factor for us was how it looks. We’ve put a lot of time and money into our backyard and pool area, and most trampolines we looked at had bright colors that would clash or fade over time. The all-black, modern design blends in really well and still looks great after several months outside with no noticeable fading or wear. We also had a pretty extreme durability test. We get strong winds where we live, and during one storm the wind actually broke the straps we were using to secure the trampoline and lifted it, throwing it about 20 feet and flipping it upside down. We expected it to be damaged or bent but, surprisingly, it held up incredibly well. Nothing bent, and we were able to set it back up once we secured it properly. Overall, the quality has been excellent. It feels sturdy, well-built, and safe and it’s fun for the whole family. I’m almost 40 and still end up jumping on it with the kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that’s both safe and visually clean for your backyard.

I bought this for my grandson for his 2nd birthday. Him and his dad have both really enjoyed it. The trampoline arrived quickly and was not difficult to set up. Almost one year later and the trampoline is still up, looks great and it is still being used frequently. The best feature is the netting on the inside of the springs. It allows peace of mind with little ones.
