We have had our trampoline for over two years now and it is still in great shape. Recently had a tear in our mat. Customer service was on top of it right away, got me a replacement fast. Still love every part of our trampoline purchase.

My family loves our new Jumpflex Trampoline. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and quality of the product. I love that the springs are hidden and the netting is secured underneath the padding where the springs start. We went with Jumpflex because of the safety/quality factor, the warranty, and because they are priced well below other “highly rated for safety” trampolines (i.e. springless). Everything we ordered arrived quickly, within 1-2days and their customer service was quick to respond to any questions we had. Assembly was easy too, did most of it myself, my husband just helped attach the springs and safety net.

We had a great experience with our extended warranty claim. All we had to do is send an email with a picture and we recieved a replacement very quickly. I would highly recommend jumpflex. They truly stand behind their product.

Jumpflex is a terrific company. We recently moved, and through no fault of the trampoline design, one of the poles was bent as we reassembled it. Overenthusiastic teen helpers... Anyway, I called and Jumpflex said, "No worries, it's under warranty" and sent a new pole FOR FREE including free shipping! It's now back in service and as good as new. Plus, the company kept us up to date with the replacement timeline, and got it to us faster than promised. So rare to have such good customer service these days!

Trampoline was missing a few pieces, some spacers broke during assembly, and the strap on one sleeve was detached and frayed. Replacement parts were sent out with no fuss. Great customer service. Family/friends have been enjoying it.

After three years of constant use, out net had torn. Jumpflex replaced it, free of charge. The company was very easy to work with and we LOVE our trampoline!!!
