Great products, excellent service
The products were great and the service outstanding. I had ordered about 12 days in advance needing two items for a graduation party. When I looked online, one was ready but the other was not scheduled to go out for two weeks! I called and asked if there was anyway at least the one completed item could be sent The next day I received a shipping notice and both items were shipped in time for the party. Great job, Jon Hart!

I love your product
I love your product. But you might want to consider some of the boutiques you work with. I had a terrible experience with one and your graduation sale.

We've been Jon Hart Customers for many
We've been Jon Hart Customers for many, many years. We did have some concerns about a year ago with turn around time with the products but Jon Hart has seemed to fix the problem. We do miss not have a sales rep that comes to the store to do trunk shows. Many of our repeat customers enjoyed getting to meet a representative of Jon Hart and have mentioned that they wished they still worked the show.
