My appointment with the clinician was awesome!
My appointment with the clinician was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and figured out what was going on with me and my body quickly. I love to have my Midi visits.

Had the pleasure of doing a telemed with my Midi provider, Norma. She made me feel seen and heard in a world where women's issues are brushed under the rug. She explained how the labs are not the complete story and connected the dots regarding some of my health concerns. If you feel off, don't give up, find yourself a Norma who not only listens but cares and takes action!

1) Not notified of my portion/copay until after the consultation and it was $170, insurance only paid $80. I would have liked to know that before; 2) many people are involved in the prior authorization department and therefore there is miscommunication and repeated communication about the same issues. Often, someone would reply to an old message and disregard my most recent communication or resend old information. It was infuriating.

I love not having to drive to an appointment and wait until someone can see you. My appointments start and end at the correct time, and I feel heard while discussing what is going on.

My Midi clinician actually listened to my problems and offered solutions that my regular Gyne and PCP refused to even talk about. There is no personal or family health history that would have excluded me from HRT treatments. Bio-identical HRT has brought back the mom and partner my family was missing, and brought back the "me" that I thought was gone forever. Highly recommend Midi!

This was my first appt with a Midi practitioner and I really loved her. We met via video and she listened, validated, explained things to me, and was easy to talk to. We weren’t rushed but didn’t waste any time either. The whole Midi process from start to finish was easy. I got my appt with 48 hours, and labs and meds were ordered the same day. She even found me a better pharmacy that is about half the price I was paying and ships to me, so the appt partially paid for itself. 100% would recommend Midi or my practitioner, Chante (WA).

Do not wait. Book a visit now. Kristen was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She visited with me for over half an hour, listening to concerns and giving me a course of action to help with menopause symptoms. I was nervous about telehealth, but it was a great experience.

Terrible experience. My primary physician recommended this site, but after this experience, I’ll be letting Texas Health Resources know how poorly it went. This isn't a service they should be recommending to their patients. I booked online and spent time entering my insurance and medical information. I planned to use my staycation to complete the appointment. The first appointment was canceled because I didn’t confirm it within five hours of receiving a text. I noticed the cancellation the next day, so I booked another appointment and waited several days. I called in early for the second appointment and completed the paperwork. Then I sat in the video call for 45 minutes before receiving a message that the provider was having technical issues and my appointment was canceled. I was told someone would contact me to reschedule. When I called customer service, the earliest available appointment was the following week, which defeated the purpose of scheduling it during my time off. When I explained that, the agent hung up without saying goodbye. I was frustrated and ended up calling a doctor I’d seen before instead. The process was inconsistent: my first appointment required confirmation within five hours, but the second one didn’t, despite being scheduled several days out. Between the cancellations, technical problems, and poor customer service, I couldn’t plan around the visit. I’ve used telehealth before and never had an experience like this. It was a complete waste of my time, and I would not recommend this site. Gen. X women, you'll be feeling like they should have paid you for your time.
