I joined Midi health because like so many women of my demographic I felt ignored by the medical establishment. At Modo health I have interacted with clinicians who not only understand the challenges the peri-, post- and menopausal women face, but they taken your concerns seriously. You owe it to yourself to try Midi. From booking to visits the process is easy. I highly recommend Midi!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Midi Health. For a long time, I thought what I was experiencing was just something I had to live with. My hot flashes were becoming unbearable, especially at night. I wasn’t sleeping well, I was constantly overheating, and I felt like I wasn’t myself anymore. As a woman approaching 50, I knew something was changing, but I also had a lot of fear because growing up I had only heard about the risks of hormone therapy. From my very first appointment, I felt heard. My provider took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing without dismissing my concerns. She explained the benefits and risks of hormone therapy in a way that helped me make an informed decision instead of feeling scared. I recently started treatment with an estrogen patch twice a week and progesterone at night. It’s still early, but I’ve already noticed my hot flashes aren’t as intense as they were before. Even having that small bit of relief has given me hope that I can start feeling like myself again. What impressed me most was how easy the entire process was. I was able to meet with a menopause specialist from home, ask all of my questions, and receive a treatment plan tailored to me. I never felt rushed or judged. If you’re struggling with perimenopause or menopause symptoms and wondering if what you’re feeling is “normal,” don’t suffer in silence. There are healthcare providers who truly understand what you’re going through. My experience with Midi Health has been encouraging, and I’m grateful I finally took the first step.
