Such an easy process setup the appt. I felt heard and I learned alot of education to help me better understand my issues to make an easy decision on my care plan. Going in for my lab tests tomorrow.

This company is great. My provider Evelyn is top tier. She is attentive and professional. I am feeling more confident than ever . I’ve lost 16 lbs, I am exercising, eating better , and I love me now more than ever .

I have verified with my insurance that I am in network. I have also verified that I have out of network benefits. Midi health refuses to bill my insurance. I have called, e-mailed, messaged through the portal and get zero answers back as to why my claim has not been submitted to my PPO insurance. I am very disgusted with the customer service and lack of response from this company. They repeatedly send a bill but refuse to respond to me directly or bill my insurance.

I had a very lackluster experience with MIDI. Total lack of follow up from my clinician. No follow up after sending in all the forms for access to medical records to make decisions on my care. The messaging system has you wait for days for a response only to tell me that they don’t have the info that they need and I will have to try on my own. Just a total lack of communication and a big waste of time and energy. Also, their telehealth connection malfunctions.

I feel like ever since I stopped having babies medical care for my female Medical concerns has just been pushed aside and I’ve more or less been told to just deal with it. But just dealing with it reduces my quality of life. Out of desperation, I reached out to MIDI Health and received understanding, hope and clarity!

I've only had one appointment and I was very happy with how things went. From my meeting, I could tell the doctor reviewed my health information beforehand and asked additional questions. She explained very clearly what she believed the best course of action should be and why. She answered all of my questions, and I fully understood everything. She also explained my options, both with and without insurance. Since our meeting, she has followed up as promised. Just an all-around awesome experience!
