I went into menopause early following hysterectomy so I've been speaking with various providers over the last 15 plus years without seeing many results or feeling like they weren't checking boxes then pushing me out the door. I can honestly say that no office has spent as much time understanding my unique needs as the Midi doc did. I haven't ever left the conversation thinking, "That person really answered every single concern I brought with so much competency!" but I did this time. I'm excited to put these therapies into action and see results. She developed an entire treatment plan for me, long and short term. I'll never go back to my gynecologist for HRT. Between the communication, competency, and convenience why would I?

After years of looking for an educated provider I’ve found it in MIDI. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to speak to. I was also FINALLY able to get my hormones tested through my insurance with no struggle, fight or lengthy justification. Highly recommend using MIDI.

I searched several women’s health websites that focus on the aging process. Out of all of them, MIDI was the best. MIDI has wonderful educational resources and connects you to a provider. Midi focuses on the individual rather than selling specific products. Definitely what women need (finally!!)

There wasn't any available appointments for treatment despite that I have great insurance . I contacted them for days then weeks then I gave up. I may try inner balance . Completely unprofessional company with limited support. Contact numbers are often hidden ...and emails are ignored . I would try inner balance first . Maybe they are avoiding insurance payments in greed . If you are paying cash, perhaps seek a company without dishonest marketing .

I was looking for help with my menopause symptoms and my midi clinician helped me find a solution that was tailored to my needs in a timely efficient way. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very caring and I got my HRT medications the same day no waiting. She even gave me a follow up appointment in a month to see how my medications are doing and tweak them if necessary. I am very satisfied with my midi experience.
