If I had one word to say about my experience and results it would be “Wow”. It’s been less than a week on HRT and I’m having less hot flashes, if I think about it I don’t think I’ve had any. Sleeping through the night, less joint pain, and frozen shoulder is not as bad.

Since I have started with Midi (and this sounds dramatic) EVERYTHING in my life has changed. After hearing from my PC that what I was going through is normal, how crappy I felt was normal and how irritated I was all-the-time was just "part of getting older". I've been with Midi since July 2025 and I can't even put into words how grateful I am that I am no longer down in the rabbit hole I was once in. I feel great, I sleep like a baby, I've lost weight, I'm unbothered by things that used to light my fuse........I'm just happy again. Plain and simple - I am happy again. I am who I used to be. Thank you!

Everything. The entire experience was great. The web page was easy to navigate. Midi and the doctor I saw were very thorough. She listened to me and my health history, gave me treatment options, explained them in detail, and got a prescription to my pharmacy by the time the visit was over. I felt seen, heard, and not shoved aside. For the first time in a while, I felt like the concerns I had about my health were heard as valid and understood to be an effect of perimenopause. I am extremely happy with my experience with Midi, and would recommend them to every woman or uterus bearing human being.

For a long time, I was feeling like I didn’t have control of my life. Past practices and methods were no longer working. I will be forever grateful that a friend referred me to Midi Health. My provider is so kind and understanding. She listens to me and together we developed a treatment plan. It is working! For the first time in several years, I am hopeful and have confidence that I will be able to reach and maintain my health goals.

In an effort to avoid this company's billing/insurance issues, I uploaded my insurance information as requested and followed up to confirm that they accept my specific insurance (under umbrella BCBS). I received an email with guidance to read their website (incomplete information) or call my insurance company. What an preposterous business model to market as advanced women's care, establish a documented trend for billing issues, and then turn the onus on the customer to mitigate the systemic failure.
