difficult to use not user-friendly

The agent resolved my issue super quickly and was very friendly!

I needed assistance resetting password. Via the chat, I was set up for customer service to call me in 15 minutes. The call came on time and they resolved my issue in a few minutes. It was very efficient and I appreciated the ease very much.

I find the Homebase platform to be intuitive and robust. When we do need support, the chat bot actually works and I can connect to a live agent in minutes anytime we need extra support. Highly recommend for small business owners.
