My credit card was charged without my consent for lab work. If I need something that is fine, but that needs to be discussed with me. This is healthcare, even if it is online. I was and am still skeptical about online healthcare and my first experience with Join Friday's has not eased that thought at all. There needs to be more communication with patients.

The doctors are very kind and understanding. I did have to reach out to customer service for a issue that was my fault and they were very kind about it and fixed it right away.

The process of joining was easy. On the day of my appointment the healthcare didn’t log onto our appointment. I immediately called and reached out on Instagram one of the cofounders responded they were very apologetic and was committed to getting me another appointment asap. He got me an appointment a couple hours later, from there everything was great!!!
