Unfortunately it’s really hard to get refills on time, and super exhausting trying to advocate for yourself when so many of your messages are ignored.

More communication on how to refill prescriptions would be beneficial. My first refill, I had no idea on how to go about it. I reached out to customer service and was instructed to schedule an appointment with my provider. It would have been nice to know this before hand as my provider wasn't available until the following week and my medication was almost out.
