Fridays is amazing!! I had my first appointment with a provider on 4/23 which was great. I have also been able to attend the workshops that are included with your monthly fee. The customer service is outstanding and they make you feel like family. An overall outstanding experience!!!

Fridays is the GOAT when it comes obesity care. I finally feel heard and cared about! The founder interacts and listens to members, and the coaches are top notch! My doctor is amazing too!! I would give them my doggos if I had to, to continue being a member!

I liked Cheresse. I disliked the fact that a lab order was written stating a potentially damaging diagnosis of high blood pressure when I do not have and never have had it. Also do not like how long it is taking for the initial order of medicine to arrive, especially after it took so long to get a video appointment, which was further delayed by a day by technical difficulties on your end. I made sure you knew I was out of medicine from the beginning, and I have already gained three pounds back.

Hi, I thought my initial provider was rushed during the appt. and also late. Then she told me I had to pick one - submit to insurance or get compound but couldn't do both at same time. I found that was false via a TikTok live. Also, I was able to get my first month of compound with my uploaded lab work but then when I requested a refill for second month, I now needed to get labs since dr didn't look at dates closely enough first time? Frustrating and delays when the process could of been smoother with better communication and care.
