First appointment!
My provider called me on time for my appointment, she was very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and gave clear, concise instructions about my prescription, as well as follow up care.

Don't sleep on JoinFridays!
Nothing but great things to say about JoinFridays! They go above and beyond with their customer service. They are always there when you need them and respond very quickly. After your initial video visit you can now renew by answering a few questions on a form, which is great when you don't have time for a video call. Very responsive! A+ As far as the membership fee is cheaper than another other company as well as the medication, which varies depending on your dose. Totally worth it in my opinion.

Great!
The only negative was waiting several weeks for an intake appointment when I was already on a GLP-1 with another company and was switching to compound. Otherwise so great, so easy!

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding, the Telehealth providers provide excellent care, the coaching and improvements on website as well as general processes show they really care! Meds are affordable!!

The responsiveness is fantastic
The responsiveness is fantastic! The only negative is I had to start out at the lowest dose even though I had been in semaglutide for months already with another company. But they are a great company with very good prices. I will continue with them as long as I need too.
