It was easy to make an appointment and when I met with my clinician she was very thorough and took plenty of time to set me in the right direction. I like that I can choose brand or compound glp1’s and plenty of support is offered. So far it’s been a great experience.

I like that they have went the extra mile to try and fill our medicine and that we have the opinion to do compound medicine I don't like how we reorder med because it has no app for it / so u have no idea where to go

It did take more than a week to get my compound medication and it was really difficult to get updates on when it would actually ship. So far, I'm not noticing a huge difference with my appetite on the compound medication, but I'm willing to give it more time. I do, however, have a problem with the fact that nobody has gotten back with me for days on insurance approval for the name brand medication.

I am extremely pleased with Fridays. Their customer service is top notch. They genuinely care about their patients. The PA team appealed my denial and they were able to get my PA approved. That’s a huge deal! I would recommend Fridays to anyone. Keep up the great work Fridays!!

Your company keep rescheduling me... Im always waiting gmto hear back from you... haven't been able to talk to a provider.... charged my card for the first month.... haven't hear from noone.... I ha e had 3 different appointments none have I been able to talk to no one... you are in a hurry to charge 20 dlls for cancelation but what about me waiting more than 30 minutes and never hear back.
