Fridays will fix and soar to new heights!

My experience with Fridays was pretty good until the new website was launched. I lost the ability to re-order my tirzepatide easily and the form I used before was gone. When I finally found the new address by googling I was able to navigate better. However, the questions I had to answer on the re-fill form were as if I was a brand new client. I have been a client since May. I finally received my medication 8 days later. I hope that the delivery time will be shorter in the future. I also sent in an email asking for the Doctor’s fee to be taken off my account since I don’t really need one. However, I have not received a response. Please get back with me. Overall, I have faith that now that the new website is up and running and the kinks are worked out the company will do better service. I chose to join Fridays because of their excellent customer service. Please fix some things and don’t let us down!
