Disappointed

Unfortunately I received the review request right in the middle of a prescription snafu, so I wish I could leave a better review. This biz is a great concept, but they still have a lot to iron out. Since I joined I've had issues of all sorts. The platform does not work properly, and I was not able to use it for a long time. I'm now on my second month and the doctor entered my prescription wrong so my pharmacy is not able to sell it to me. They have been trying to reach Friday's to solve the issue for a week and have not been able to reach anybody to fix it. I called today and there was no record of the issue. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would call me back, and it has not happened. At this point I dunno if I will be able to get my prescription in time for my next dosage, which I find scary. I honestly think that for the membership pricing, the very least they could do is enter a prescription correctly and have the platform work properly. The customer service representative I spoke with hardly spoke English and kept reading from a script. The poor guy had no way to help me, and I don't blame him, since the issue is coming from the system itself. I'm disappointed. There are like a 100 of these businesses at the moment, and Friday's should try to stay on top by providing a better service.
