Pros: Fridays makes getting a GLP1 subscription easy and affordable. Cons: I’ve had issues with delivery that their customer team helped resolve, there have been inconsistencies in the size of the vials I’ve been sent, I tried to get off the medication and the food noise was horrendous so I had to get back on.

My experience has been fantastic. The advice I've gotten in my session notes and monthly instructions has been gold. I prepaid for a year to get the best rate, and I love that my labs are included, 1:1 nutritionist sessions are available, as well as exercise and group support. I know Zepbound users who've gotten almost no info or support from their general practitioners. I feel well supported. And I've had real success that was previously unimaginable to me.

They have switched to an automated refill system that doesn't request a new refill until 25 days in a 28 day cycle. It then take 5-7 business days to process. This doesn't allow enough time to get your medication on time. It is a bad new system. There is no accountability and they wont give the name of the doctor who is supposed to be responsible despite multiple requests.

Just started a 6 month dosage of tirazapede. Easy sign up and ordering, however my notes asking about a higher dosage as I was previously taking another GLP-1 were ignored and noted a base does wasnt working - i was just sent a vial and other items without ever speaking to a doctor/nurse. After a dozen emails I did finally speak to a nurse, but she just confirmed the dosage and didnt allow me to do anything else.

Yay, I’m almost at my target weight. I was nervous about trying a completely online weight loss program but I’m 5 months in now and very happy I gave it a try. The app gave me a problem one time, saying my order was cancelled, so I contacted customer service and they looked into it and reassured me it wasn’t and it’s on the way. 👍 I also had another issue (that was my mistake) and customer service went above and beyond for me. I wish the app was more user friendly but if you just call them they are kind and helpful.
