Overall I really like Found and have had great success with it. The community and coaches have all been really encouraging to work with. That being said, I was really put off by my medical provider who was pushing some really unhealthy ideas. I had to beg to be moved to another provider, which according to the app and desktop version of the site, was for a medication consult only and it appears that the old provider is still reflected as my main medical provider, I've reached out to customer service several times to make sure that I will not be connected with the previous provider and they have said that despite what is showing she is not my provider...as a user experience designer, this is very frustrating and confusing.

My experience with Found has been awesome because I dropped the weight off. I had tried other things before and was not successful with losing weight. I learned to eat properly and be aware of what I'm eating and why I'm eating. The support from the coach's was phenomenal.

I had been struggling for years!! When I was younger, I was successful in losing weight but not for the last ten years and it really impacted my life and self esteem. I seemed to just be hungrier. The medication was a G-dsend for me! I no longer needed at eat so much especially late at night. My cravings disappeared. I've already lost 65 lbs and am getting closer to my goal. I'm still losing weight and feel amazing. I am living my best life now thanks to Found. (I went to the Bahamas! A waterpark!)

SCAM. BEWARE. All they want is your money. If you try to cancel you won't receive a refund. TERRIBLE

I was under the impression that I would have all weight-loss meds available to me. I feel they are deceitful in their advertising and then further with their doctors. As an ICU nurse I know medications and how they are used/efficacy. My experience went like this... I enrolled, I was contacted multiple times for labs. I was getting my labs from my doctor, so that took a couple weeks. When I finally received them, I had an email exchange with a doctor. He stated that he needed a lab value. That lab value was on the labs I submitted. This was concerning as I wondered if he read my labs at all? He prescribed the very generic and lowest efficacy weight loss drug, Metformin. Metformin is an old and cheap generic medication for which is used to control blood sugars in Type II diabetics and PCOS. The average weight loss on Metformin is 2.2lbs in 12 weeks. I asked my email provider about going right to GLP-1 medication and he stated that we would follow the 'path' and see how it went and that the GLP-1s are expensive. I am not interested in a generic path, and I am acutely aware of the price of the GLP-1s and that was not an issue for me. I told him this and he said we would wait 1 month and that GLP-1s are expensive. So it felt like he was sending me some kind of form email b/c I had already told him that price wasn't an issue?! So, in conclusion, I received my Metformin and nothing else... nothing about coaching, guidance, etc. The app is terrible and offers no beneficial advice and is not user friendly. Going into this I am willing to work for weight loss, via exercise and nutrition, but I find this site misleading on what they offer to the customer/patient. The last ad I saw for them has a big Ozempic pen and then small writing, 'if you need something different... try Found.' I anticipate they will be hit with some type of judgement in the future. My advice, it's not worth the price and if you want to have a real and honest conversation with a medical professional, you won't get it at Found. Also, they do not have coaches that are personalized to your situation.

The found program has been a life saver...I have lost 25+ pounds and for the first time in my life-long struggle with food and portion size, I am successful. I never have cravings and the coach's are always available and checking in with you. If you struggle with every aspect of maintaining a healthy weight, then this program is for you.

Found has really worked or me. I've lost nearly 50# & I'm down 3 pant sizes & have gone from 2XL shirts to XL. I have a ton of energy which allows me to get to my local gym to work our Mon-Fri. My BP has improved so much that I am now off the meds which I took for 20 years. And I was able to almost completely stop drinking alcohol. With Covid & working from home for 18 mo my alcohol consumption had probably doubled. It was ruining my GI tract. I feel so much better now & I have little desire to drink like I had been doing. As a result I'm actually saving money since I've been on the Found program!

Absolutely do not recommend this company. First they used to offer coaching (I was in the program before and it was great and the reason I Re-joined) they no longer offer that (unless you pay extra). It’s just this app that is no different than the countless cheaper or free apps available. You have a consultation with a provider, who doesn’t listen when you voice serious concerns about side effects and their “doctor” tells you that that cannot possibly be due to the medication, even though the problem started with starting the medication and stopped after stopping it. Then when you cancel well before the end of the term at 90 days, they say that they will charge you $129. What for? To stop doing nothing for me? They already had all the money up front! Take from that as I won’t be using the service further regardless. They say on their website they offer a partial refund but that is a complete lie. You pay them to start to do nothing and then pay them to quit doing nothing. I’m setting an alert to tell them to cancel as soon as the window opens to do so without $129 charge because they deserve no more of my money.
