Very happy with the overall experience, and fast processing. Only thing needs improvement is knowledge/access to portal/ website. Very difficult to find, I had to call, which was also not an easy thing to find the number.

Over 2 weeks ago I purchased tirzepatide and sermorelin from this company. I have NEVER received anything, and when I reached they told me Monday they were going to escalate it since the pharmacy already has it. When I called the pharmacy they did not have my order. So not only did they lie to me they took my money. I've turned them into my bank next I'm going to the FTC. Apparently they're unsure of what unlawful business practices are. UPDATE: I see they've responded to my review. It would be GREAT if you can actually acknowledge me via phone, text or email. Why would you do this to me? Make me go through so much trauma and stress when ALL you had to do was FILL my order and ship it. I live with a TBI and the stress I've been under over this is UNREAL! Calling the bank and explaining what happened I had to close that debit card and get a new one which caused me to have to update all my auto payments. That may seem unstressful to you but to someone like me it caused so much traumatic stress which could have been avoided. AFTER turning you in you finally stepped up to the plate and shipped my products on the 17th. If you truly CARE, reach out to me personally. Thank you
