The signup experience was terrible.
The signup experience was terrible. I'm only speaking from my experience, but no one scheduled an intake appointment — the first order was simply shipped without any consultation. And it has taken FOREVER to get me signed up for the online app. They couldn't find my account, and my account STILL isn't showing my first order. The product may be great, but there are LOTS of kinks in the onboarding.
