I love the price and that they add B12 to it. I had used Wegovy prior for 6 months with increasing the dose and it didn’t work then my insurance wouldn’t cover. I found the communication was good and once approved I received the tirepizide in about 4 days. I’ve used it twice and I notice my appetite decreased. I’m looking forward to a higher dose. I would definitely recommend this company!

Let me be very clear about what happened to me so nobody else goes through this. I signed up for Embody in June 2026 for compounded Tirzepatide. My first shipment was sent UPS Next Day Air on June 25th. UPS issued TWO weather exception notifications delaying my package. It sat under carrier custody for FOUR days during a documented heat event before it was delivered on June 29th with fully melted ice packs and a warm vial. I immediately documented everything. Photos. UPS emails. All of it. I contacted Embody right away. What followed was nearly a month of being bounced between support reps who clearly did not read my previous messages, given contradictory information, and ultimately denied a replacement AND a refund. Every response felt like a copy paste designed to protect the company, not the patient. Their final answer? The shipment fell within allowed parameters. A warm vial. Melted ice packs. Four days in heat. Allowed parameters. I am a PCOS patient who needed this medication. This was not a candle or a t-shirt. This was a temperature sensitive compounded pharmaceutical injection that I was expected to inject into my body after it arrived compromised. I did not receive what I paid for. I was not made whole. And I was not treated like a patient deserving of good faith. I am now pursuing legal action and have filed complaints with the appropriate regulatory boards. If you are considering Embody, run. There are other platforms that will actually stand behind their product and their patients. This company is not one of them.

After charging me full price 2 days before a medical review, I was shocked to see 4 phone numbers requesting verification. It seemed like a scam and probably is/was - but EVEN WITH MY CURRENT PRESCRIPTION, Embody was wanting some "medical person" (who wouldn't show credentials) to review my qualifications. WTF?! My doctor knows best, wrote a RX, and these people want to question it? Then, trying to get a refund on my order has been nothing short of painstaking. Already spent 50 mins on phone with a support person abroad. WARNING: DO NOT USE EMBODY!

I was skeptical, but I received my order for the price that was advertised. Customer service has been great and the website is user-friendly. So far, so good. Hopefully, all additional orders will go as smoothly.
