So far my experience has been excellent! customer service has been great, they answered all my questions, when I received my order all was well explained in the package and I took my first shot 5 days ago. Feeling great with no side effects whatsoever. I did the 3 months supply and will come back to embody for the next 3 months.

Initial start up was pretty straight forward. Waited less than 24 hours for the Rx to be approved by Dr. and then sent over to the pharmacy. Pharmacy took an additional 48 hours to grab it and process the order. Received the medication UPS tracking - received about 48 hours afterwards. Customer service was not really needed initially. I received a welcome text from support and was provided a link to the website portal to track my account details/tracking#/payments - and communication with embody. First month review; Response time from the support team can be up to 72 hours, and ish this team could advise consistent TAT response. I have received zero response or feedback from the doctor after the initial statement of prescription approval. I have text message and the website portal of communication. Takes a while to get a response but they have been responding writhing 2-3 days. This is my first month, so we will see if they can keep their advertised promise of the forever locked in price of Terzepitide of any strength. My first delivery was fairly quick, and secure - happy with the medication delivery. The bottle is very tiny, not ideal for someone who may have a hard time handling this tiny vial and sticking the needle in. I will come back and re-review again on here once I have closer to 4-6 months experience with Embody. You get what you pay for. The drug and very limited support. I recommend this service for experienced consumers looking for sustainable cost for maintenance

I ordered my medication on July 4. I have yet to receive it, today is 7/20. It would be nice if there were more updates and tracking to know when it should arrive. I have never had to wait this long for medication. Please respond why there is such a long delay.

I preferred to start at the ending dose I was on in which I was only one day past the last dose and I did not want to start completely over, and they started be completely over and I don't seem to be getting same results with lower dose.
