The entire process was quick and simple, when I asked a question they responded within. I believe it was 24 hours, and when the medication did quite ship in time, but it was only late shipping a day or two they were quick to respond in compensate. I just started taking the medicine and I got to tell you it’s good.

Was going from one company to this one. After sending all the information they requested, I had to rea h out to them to see what was needed next. Then was told I had to set up an appointment, which I had no problem doing. But still waiting for someone to contact me. Not happy with any of this process.

You sent the package even when I said no to. I was going to travel a the product must be kept in refrigerator. So, how to know if was cold enough for 3 day in FedEx offices and if the product still works???? Terrible

Never received anything from them was sat up 4 different times to do zoom with the provider and nobody ever logged on and received emails all 4 times saying I was absent from the videos

Speed the service up a little . I paid and 4 days later I had to email services to see what was going on. Then the shipping department said it was shipped but there was nothing on FedEx I t was delivered than it showed shipped on FedEx
