The first shipment of Rx arrived and the simple instructions had me expertly giving myself my first ever self injection. The care manager point contact is an added bonus but what originally brought me here was the up front, consistent monthly fee that's lower than anywhere u could find. I looked. It's true.

You all never delivered a time sensitive medical product that you sell as time sensitive. We paid on the 3rd of Oct. We called the 8th and spoke to Christine yes it was recorded. Then the 16th yes recorded it was jasmine. We called today and it was a 58 min call that I requested a supervisor. This is a fake and I think fraudulent company. We just want a refund for the payment made. I want it now.

This product does not work and when you try to cancel they will make it as difficult as possible. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

Embody is a total scam. It's been 5 weeks and no medication only delay after delay. Do not join Embody or JoinEm. They are 100% a fraud. ** UPDATE **Received Typical scripted response with an empty apology. I guess they must have so many unfulfilled orders that are older than 5 weeks that they are unable to keep track of them. I stand by comment that Embody is a complete scam.

I signed up for the VIP program and got assigned a couch/supervisor who is always reachable if I had any questions, which has been very helpful. For some reason the pharmacy was taking longer than usual to dispense the medication, and Jayvee was always in touch with me, checking on the pharmacy and letting me know whats going on. Moreover, it is really nice to be checked on JUST BECAUSE. Overall, so far it has been a very positive and affordable experience.
