I disputed my charge because amble charged the wrong credit card twice. When this came to Denise’s attention, she reached out to me asking why and what can be done to correct this situation. Denise never gave up and worked with me until both Amble and I were completely satisfied. Denise is a valuable asset and amble should feel lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you!! I initially thought they were going to be really great. But I had a situation where the holiday was coming up and I was concerned. I tried to tell them to plan for it and they chose not to. As a result, there was a shipping delay, so my cold medication sat in a hot warehouse for five days. When I received it, it was hot. Now I have to skip my dose and wait for them to send me another one. Emma, the person that texts you to “be a support” basically told me she wasn’t able to help me and kept on deferring blame. The doctors don’t ever respond, they have customer service respond for them. You still have to wait several days to get a response about anything, it’s just terrible customer service. For what they charge, I would expect them to be better. As soon as they correct their mistake, I will be shopping around for other companies. I’m a very understanding person, but when you gamble with my health, I stop being understanding.
