I am in the health care field and was very leary of the whole glp-1 trend and the telehealth companies. Amble made it seamless from health questionnaires to consult with MD to delivery to my door with FedEx tracking. Highly recommend!!!

My initial sign up last month was great and I received my med very quickly. No side effects and actually felt great. Problems started with first refill request. Error on their part and failure to be accountable and fix it has resulted in me still waiting on my refill for 3 weeks and having already missed a dose. I’m hoping they get their act together soon and stop saying they are working on it and actually send it. Very disappointed with their service after initial sign up.

Losing weight to be healthier is my goal…it is not about vanity. I had lost 15 pounds and then found myself unable to get refills due to Nationwide Shortages. I feel my higher power led me to You Tube Influencer and Nurse Keasha Dixon that mentioned Amble. Praise God I was able to get my meds in 4 days and able to continue my Journey to a Healthier Life. Being on Medicare I was never able to use Mfg Coupons for ZepBound and was paying full price now the price is much less and affordable…What can I say but that Amble has been a God Send.

I switched from a different company after a friend told me Amble was great. Here I am without my medication being told it’s 7-14 business days to ship out. They do not say this before you order and you have no option to ask because support doesn’t answer emails before you join. This will be 2 1/2-3 weeks without medication by the time they decide to ship. Not acceptable.

Hello Candy! I'm sorry to hear that you feel our service is unacceptable. We want to assure you that we have clearly stated our estimated fulfillment time of 7-10 business days in our FAQ, terms of use, and in the customer acknowledgment that you consented to before enrolling. Additionally, we have a helpful script that sends frequently asked questions to you through the patient portal immediately after signing up, which includes this information. Our welcome emails also contain this information for your convenience. I wanted to kindly remind you that this review was written on business day 5, less than a week after enrolling. Thank you.

I joined Able a month ago and I'm currently waiting on my 2nd prescription. So far the process has been very easy and I felt less side effects switching from Brand to compound. The company is hassle free. 1 piece of advice is if you start at a higher dose you will need to go on and request next prescription vs it being auto filled.

From the very beginning I had a great experience. After 2 weeks of doing my own research, I finally decided to go with Amble and I'm so glad I did. Their service is not only quick but very thorough. I joined on a Tuesday and had my Meds by Friday! I had a few questions that I put in the chat and the Doctor responded within the hour answering all of my questions. Also, Amble has the most knowledgeable ambassadors ever! The site was easy to use and I would recommend to others.
