Their pricing and customer service is the best. They are transparent and charge no monthly fees or contract terms. Their portal is easy to use and I always know the status of my order. I check in when I’m ready for my medication, answer a few questions, they charge me, and my meds arrive within a week. Not one single complaint.

***Edited to say Amble did reach out & offered every possible way to help that they could. I appreciate that they addressed my concerns about the temperature & took the time to respond. I am so frustrated. My medication was shipped via FedEx on 10/19 and I didn't receive it until 10/22 & it arrived HOT. From what I understand, the tirz cannot be kept at a temperature of 86 degrees. I have no way of ascertaining whether it reached 86 degrees but I do know it literally arrived hot. Now I cannot use it and when i message customer support, or message my doctor, or message their Facebook page, or email the service desk. I am getting nowhere because they are reading but not responding. I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service. If you do decide to join AMBLE hope & pray you have no issues because they will not be addressed. Also trustpilot does not allow folks to put their email address in reviews but AMBLE has my email on file.

Amble is a scam. There is no phone number to call and speak with rep only online chat. They don’t respond half of the time. My husband has been on shot at .75 for 3-4 months and the doctor sent out .25. Told us there is $100 fee to cancel. Asked for his prescription and we sent it in. He had been spacing his dose out to make it last longer and prescription had ended less than a month ago so would only give him the .25 and sent it before we could decline it.

So far I'm impressed with Amble. The turn around time from my consultation to when I got my meds was super fast. There were complaints on reddit about the medication not being packaged with ice packs, but I did not have that experience. The medication came fast, and was packaged very well. I'll give an update after a month on the meds to see how my progress is going. But so far,Amble is the cheapest out of all the companies that sell Semaglutide.

I am 100% pleased that I enrolled with Amble for my GLP1 medication. Their customer service has been incredible all the way around. The monthly fees are more affordable than others, and they truly care about their patients.
