They do not tell you what dose they are prescribing before they take your money. They started me on a ridiculously low dose for 3 months with no increase and they don't allow you to cancel. I tried sending a message but got no response. There is no phone support. I will definitely be moving to a new company.

I signed up for a 9 month plan. My first bottle they started me back out at the lowest dosage, even tho I indicated I was already on a high dose previously. I followed the prescription to a T, and by the time the last week came up, there was not enough medication left in the vial. Fast forward to the next week when my second/third/fourth bottles show up. They arrived warm. The note said it was okay. They have much short use-by dates which are out of order for which bottle was supposed to be used first (meaning the one that ‘expired’ sooner was scheduled to be used last) then the dosing was off. By the end of the first bottle I was told to take 100. Second bottle 60. Third bottles 40. Fourth bottle 50. Make that make sense?? I’ve been reaching out for weeks with no response. I’ve tried chatting with support, messaging the doctor, and emailing both company email addresses. Nothing. I regret spending my money here.

I’ve been using Amble for almost a year now to get my GLP-1 and it’s been awesome. Super easy, all online, and no hassle. I never have to sit in a waiting room or deal with the pharmacy. They keep things simple and check in when they need to. Highly recommend if you’re over the usual runaround.
