I just began my journey a month go. The initial set up and process to get/receive everything was fairly easy! The prices are great compared to the name brand and you have any questions or concerns, the support of Your provider is only a click away. I’ve had a smooth transition so far. I do month to month. I have already noticed weight falling off. The delivery was about 2-3 weeks for the very first dose. Customer service was able to reassure me everything was still in order and the pharmacy is taking care of everything. Try it, you won’t be sorry.

Used them for months. Worst customer service ever. You can never talk to anyone. They never respond to your messages. Ended up not getting anything for 3 months and then randomly got charged $500 for another 3 months of shots. This place is bad, there are so many other more honest companies to work with.

Go look at their BBB reviews. They are graded and F, and have a 1.6 star rating. Horrible, and terrible customer service, poor communication. Got charged when I shouldn’t have, when requested a refund they told me there was a $100 cancellation fee!
