My experience has been super positive. My prescription is always shipped in a small cooler with icepacks packaged very well. I am getting closer to my weight loss goals and my over all attitude is a lot more positive.

Heed the bad reviews!!! You can’t talk to anyone, can only message. Customer service is horrible. I ordered and paid back in May, said it shipped on June 6 then said it couldn’t be delivered for no reason. They told me to put a claim in with UPS I did but then UPS shut the claim down because they were re-shipping. I tried messaging them again and again finally my order arrived today July 15. I made sure to take off the auto ship and I will cancel my membership. It was ridiculous.
