I received my order quickly and wanted to make an exchange on 1 item because it was too small. I called and left 2 voicemails, sent 2 emails to customer service and still no response. They are specific telling you that refunds can only be accepted within 5 days of receiving the order but they fail to respond to the customer. I love the jewelry but their online service is terrible. Maybe this review will get them to call me.

The wrong item was sent. I tried to return but continually got no response to emails and no one ever answered phone or called back after message was left. Very unhappy.

I have been waiting to buy this bracelet since I 1st saw it 4 years ago and it is just as beautiful as I imagined! Beautiful workmanship, a piece that I will pass down to my niece!
