Easy communications as well as highly professional CV and cover letter rework according American gramma and style. Very useful resource for everybody and especially for Europeans who doesn't have American experience.

My experience with Job Nexus was very positive. My CV was very long. I was aware that a CV should never be more than 1-2 pages, but I wasn’t able to keep it within that length. Daniel S from the Editing Team explained me the importance of focusing on my teaching experiences more than anything else, since it's those roles that will get me the job.

I thought I would be informed for every opportunities from each recruiter, but your job was just to submit the CV at once, which is little disappointing.

June 16, 2020 Shweta, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if you had a different impression of our service. While the CV is submitted all at once to recruiters (as is noted on our website homepage), your recruiter report is live updated as recruiters view your information and you to their applicant tracking systems. Thereafter, those recruiters can send you updates if there are opportunities appropriate for you. We are taking your feedback in consideration and may be adding a feature in the future that provides a stream of additional opportunities. We'll be in touch by email today to get your feedback on the specifics. Interested in your thoughts. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support

While I'm fairly satisfied with Daniel S. work on changing my CV, I'm really unhappy with the list of recruiters that have been contacted. I'm a senior IT professional and surely you can do better then sending my CV to maid agencies and foreign worker recruiters. This truly shows a lack of understanding of your client's work background and certainly means you're not tailoring your distribution list according to the industry of your clients. Certainly not when they pay a decent amount of money for this service. Shame on you.

June 8, 2020 Corne, Thank you for your transparent feedback. We're glad to hear you were satisfied with the CV editing but understand you are unhappy with the recruiters contacted on your behalf. We will be in touch by email shortly regarding the specifics of what you saw that were not relevant to you - we trust your judgement - and will use your feedback in improving the relevancy and accuracy of our recruiter relationships. Additionally, a partial refund of your order is being issued in light of your dissatisfaction. You will receive a separate email confirmation of the refund. Obviously this is not what we aim for with our service. Job Nexus Support
