I appreciate that when you send me a potential job listing, I go to that job listing. Other similar websites make you leapfrog through several other websites before you get to the job listing. This results with your inbox full of unwanted emails. Who needs that if you are seriously looking for a job? The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that resumes submitted through third parties tend to not be reviewed.

After all the companies I already applied for and that they use Checkr background checks I’ve been given “pre-adverse action notice” for as many applications as I can remember. My past is not something I need to continuously discuss with employers and you shouldn’t be aggregating my data from sources who don’t have my best interests at heart. Because of these unethical background checks I’ve lost opportunity after opportunity. I’ve seen foreigners easily obtain positions that could’ve been mine. Anyway, I’ll keep this a one star review as well as any company I’ve applied for who uses checkr to deny my opportunities. Thanks.
