Our rep Paul Honcharski was quick and responsive in getting us bag options, estimates and samples to meet our tight deadline. It was a pleasure working with him and we will use J.M. Field Marketing for our future promotional item needs.

They ship all orders on the same day which, surprisingly, all 3PL(s) say they will do but don't. I've had zero problems with fulfillment. I also used them for Shopify and multi-channel fulfillment which have worked out well. I have my own support email with JMF so I get quick support which is critical in this business.

Having used quite a few different warehouses for our company's needs , it has been a relief to find JM Field. Nothing is any trouble and the system for ordering is amazing ( Just think Amazon for warehouses) Special requests are never a problem and whenever I have had an emergency they have worked with me to find a solution. What used to be a problematic part of my job has been made so much easier with using J.M. Field Fulfillment Services
