it was easy and what I was looking for
it was easy and what I was looking for. The was very well damaged from the carrier. but the hat was a crushable item and survived the trip from New York.

Hitting a snag.
JJ always does a good job. This time I hit a snag. I had ordered two caps. A week or so later I received a notice from DHL that I had a package pending from Germany. I had no idea what this was, and was told that to receive the package I needed to submit either my passport number or drivers license number. I was unwilling to submit personal information so I guess the package was returned to Germany.

We completely understand your hesitation when DHL requested personal identification information, especially when you were not expecting an international shipment. JJ Hat must be the best!
My experience was excellent. I have been shopping JJHC since 2018. I would have given 5 stars but the free cork strip inlays mentioned with the order were not included on delivery :(

Money well spent
Bought a hat there while in NY last year. Staff was great so I needed a summer hat went on there web site found what I was looking for purchaced it looks great fits great.

Great product
Great product, but runs a little larger than the labeled size. Priced on the higher side of a shantung based hat.

Exchange
My husband really likes his hat, it's made well and the fit is perfect. I gave the company a 4 because of the poor instructions to initiate an exchange, and the following E-mails that were not at all clear in the process. They were however very quick in sending the replacement we needed.
