Sorry for the bad shopping experience. You make a dispute because of can't seeing any related info in your account. You use "guest" identity to buy, so your Jim halo account doesn’t have the order info on that account. For all of your orders are not bought with log-in situation, so you don't get any account info and tracking on that account but still order info sent to your email but may be on ad or trash email. We noticed that you’ve been an old customer from us, should create an account for better shopping experience.
