We went with Jenn-Air when we updated our kitchen. What a mistake! Every product we purchased has had issues after less than 4 years. Will NEVER use Whirlpool products again

We have a double oven that is less than 4 years old. We haven’t been able to turn it on and use it for 4 mouth’s now. Customer service is nice and all, however JennAir is unable to contact the correct “second party” appliance repair provider to fix the oven. Also JennAir side-by-side freezer and refrigerator lights continue to fail and not work. Repair providers have been here countless times trying to address this issue as well. Can’t say I would recommend these products to a friend or family member.

What a terrible experience... they are supposed to be super premium... appliance fails after 4 years... I call up service... they are nice and courteous... but can't set up a service appointment for me... and ask me to call a servicer myself.. AND she wished me the best of luck!!!

JennAir is known for high end high quality appliances. What you may not know is the level of customer service that they provide. Recently, I was made aware of a recall issue with my oven. They quickly scheduled a service call to address and correct the recall but also went above and beyond my expectations helping me with another issue that was no longer within the warranty. They have a standard of professionalism that is consistent with every call that is placed. You do not wait on hold and the follow up is fantastic. This company stands by their products as well as their customers. A company like this is very rare these days and deserves much praise!
