The cases are good quality but shipping takes awhile

I ordered from their great selection of cases at a decent price. When shipping was taking a bit longer than I thought, I messaged them to try to confirm my order was legit and processed. I heard back promptly and they assured me where my package was in the shipping timeline. I received my package with all ordered items within a week or less after contacting them.

Love the cases! Took a bit longer to receive than I expected but their customer service kept me informed of status. Nice cases!

I received my first order fast but the second one took a month to arrived. The cases are beautiful but how I wished they replied on my emails faster. It was stressful waiting for their reply. Contacting them on social media was better than email.

I love jelly cases! i’ve bought three phone cases from them so far and have loved them! keep in mind these cases don’t provide heavy protection for your phone but it’s not an issue for me. this last time they had some shipping issues and i got my stuff a month late, but i understand things happen. bottom line is that i eventually got what i paid for and the customer service people were angels.

They had shipping issues which caused a lost and delay in my order, but customer service was fantastic! Mia helped me out and communicated with me through the process of getting my order through, she was on top of it and the case is fantastic🥰

Ordered two cases. They took a long time to arrive, and for a while I had no contact. However, customer service were quick to resolve the issue and both cases have arrived safely and are great quality. I would order again but keep in mind that the delivery times are lengthy!

Bought a phone case and realized a couple days later that I never revived a confirmation email. So I emailed customer service. They got back to me right away and sent through another order for me, which I prefer because some companies will just wait to try and figure out what happened which can take weeks.
