I rate this website a 1 star. I emailed twice about my order and no response. I have given them a few days to reply but nothing. The order hasn't even shipped.

I ordered something that they didn’t have.
I ordered something that they didn’t have in stock but it said they did when I ordered it. Was not made aware of this until days later.

I got the wrong item this is not cool, cause is something so expensive and get something else is disappointment.

Poor delivery
The wrong item was delivered to me and it was sent without any padding or protection in the box. It was sent in a box too big for the item and I'm sure it was rattling around during shipment. For electronics I can't imagine the damage that is done on a regular basis with this careless shipping method

we have sent a more expensive one by mistake all of our boxes are packed by porefessional packers who stick bubble wrap in every package
