There needs to be another level after the green one. I did not notice any changes in my jawline until the last level and I want to keep adding mass to it. Also don't waste your money buying both the pink and purple, they are exactly the same weight.

Ordered my package to the wrong address. Called customer service and a nice lady answered the phone at 9pm and was extremely polite and helped me change my shipping address no problem. Some of the best and quickest customer service I have ever experienced. Very satisfied with this company thus far.

I bought a jawzersize a year ago or so and started using it regularly. After a couple months my wife and my teenage daughter both made a comment that my face looked different. I explained to my wife what I was doing and she looked more closely and basically said that I looked better than before. Anyhow, I lost one of the mouth guard strips, so I ordered some new sets, but when I fit them, they kept slipping out. I reached out to the company and they talked with me about it and ended up shipping me a new set of strips for free. I love the product and I was very happy with the service when I needed help!

Best choice I made for my face and neck hands down.. my puffy cheeks were pretty much gone within 2-3 weeks ! Definitely going to buy another one soon!

I absolutely adore this company and their customer service! My boyfriend ordered from them and we had a small mailing issue & the owner contacted us. Not only did she fix the issue but she went above and beyond to hand deliver jawzrsize to us while we were waiting for the package we ordered to arrive. 10/10 would recommend. The product is easy to set up and is customized to your mouth for you to get the best results! Love love love.
