Aloha Michael! It must be quite frustrating to have an awesome piece of workout equipment like Jawzrsize, and be unsure how to get the most out of it! We understand, and we are here to help! Jawzrsize workouts are not meant to be complicated or difficult to figure out. Much the opposite! Everyone's fitness journey is different, so the number of sets and the resistance level that produces results for one person may not be effective for another. The Jawzrsize workout is meant to be custom tailored to fit your schedule and your own personal fitness goals! You do the workout that works best for you. :) That being said, we've definitely got guidance available to help you get started! Please check out our "How It Works" page and "FAQ's" pages on jawzrsize.com for workout regimen suggestions, and much more! Bottom line, we recommend that you start slow and build over time for optimal safety, comfort and results! You do have 57 muscles in that area that are beautifully interconnected and need to get used to being worked out, just like any other muscle! So start with a few reps and sets for a few minutes a couple of times a day, then increase your sets and reps as you feel comfortable.
